Lot rentals too high like the rest of the trailer parks in area. Can rent a house cheaper in most cases. Very strict rules that seem unnecessary. Seems to be regulated more like a private gated community. Nazi like manager has been rightfully terminated or relocated for conduct as such so now is much more pleasant and peaceful than previous few years. Still has couple nosey body hypocrites residing there although they're usually are not taken seriously by the staff and local law enforcement as they merely have nothing better to do than play "park police".
Terrible place..other than the residents. Talk to someone in there before you think of moving there. Very strict rules. Lot fees go up, mobile home value goes down. Management sucks. Research mobile home scams. Over 600.00 a month to rent dirt. Don't get stuck and move into any trailer park. It's nothing like renting a home or apartment. You are warned. Again research mobile home scams..They are all crooked,dirty business. Part of Warren Buffets fortunes come from this business.
I come here to visit family and its very quiet, clean, respectful residents. Very kid friendly. Never any real worries when I'm here, kind of like a little tucked away oasis.
